well, I don’t believe that destiny is already “written”. many things can be changed with the will of a person. life , death , luck and natural events are exceptions. but destiny can be made and there are many such examples. it depends upon how you define destiny.

I meant– I don’t think it is true that everyone thinks communication skill is = speaking English well. Many think as you do and as I do.

I don’t think that’s true. The definition of communication skills as required by employers may be “speaks English well”. This is because many employers, for example, BPOs and call centers, require people with good spoken English.
But people worried about the severe lack of this skill surely understand that communication skill is language neutral. As a teacher, this worries me since without language skill, students cannot understand concepts, no matter which language they are taught in.
